I have been on a wonderful diet and doing a kettlebell routine for the past 12 months now and I have completely changed my body and outlook on life forever. I am now super fit, healthy, skinny, and totally in love with my life. I walk around full of energy from the time I first opne my eyes, until they shut to go to sleep. Every day for me is a blessing and it all started when I started dieting and exercising.
What most people don’t realize is that if you pick the right exercise program and diet, you will actually get a lot of energy from doing these things. Most people are very low in energy and they wonder why they get sick all the time and cannot perform well at work.
